Project Description

This basement had flooding issues so the owners decided to work with a local foundation company to add new drainage tile, a dehumidifier, and a sump pump system. Once they were done, JCL Construction & Maintenance came in and repaired all the drywall, installed carpet squares, and finished the base molding. In addition, we built some small boxes that match the rest of the basement to hide both the sump pump and water meter.
